Veal Marianna
Broiled baby white veal in a delicate sauce with a touch of
garlic, topped with artichoke hearts and fresh mushrooms.
Roasted Leg of
Lamb
Prime let of lamb oven-roasted with sliced onions and served
with natural au jus.
Veal Parmesan
Baby white veal breaded and pan fried, baked in tomato gravy,
topped with parmesan cheese.
Veal Piccata
Baby white veal sautéed
in a light sauce of lemon and butter.
Trout Marianna
Speckled Trout breaded, pan sautéed
with a light touch of garlic, topped with fresh mushrooms
and artichoke hearts.
Shrimp Scampi
Jumbo shrimp sautéed in lemon
and butter with just a hint of garlic.
Crawfish Au Gratin
Fresh Louisiana crawfish tails baked
